The School Improvement Plan drives our school improvement. It is the school’s responsibility to plan how to improve since we are best placed to identify the areas for improvement and to implement the changes which can bring better outcomes for our children.

The School Improvement Plan is our strategic plan for improvement and brings together the school’s priorities with the actions which will be taken to raise standards and meet the key outcomes and targets the school intends to achieve.

The current plan is for 2023/24 and the improvement priorities have been set by the Governors and Senior Leaders in consultation with others. It also refers to OFSTED priorities set at our last OFSTED inspection.
