Wearing our school uniform gives all children a real sense of community and belonging, and helps create an atmosphere geared towards learning.

Second hand uniform

Please note, the school will also regularly provide parents with the opportunity to buy second-hand school uniform during the year through sales at parents’ evenings and at other times of the school year. Please ask at the school office for more details.

Uniform

Tops

Navy blue sweatshirts or cardigans, with or without the school logo, in the top corner and white shirts, blouses or polo shirts again, with or without the school logo.

Bottoms

Grey trousers, grey pinafore dresses or skirts, black/grey/navy tights or white socks.  Reception and Year 1 children may wear black/navy jogging bottoms. In Summer, girls may wear dresses in blue and white, with white socks.

Jeans and any 'Football kit' are not acceptable.

Black leather shoes should be worn for school, trainers are acceptable for daily wear, preferably plain black.

P.E.

All children should have a named P.E. top, shorts and from Year 1, plimsolls or trainers for P.E. and games lessons.

PE kit is a white t-shirt and navy shorts.  P.E. drawstring bags are available from the office.

Plain, unbranded navy or black track-suits bottoms can be used for outside sessions.

Swimming

For year groups participating in swimming and water safety lessons as part of the National Curriculum, the following unbranded items are required:

• Male Swimwear: Plain, close-fitting swimming trunks or swimming shorts. Shorts must be above the knee; long, baggy beach shorts are prohibited due to safety hazards and water drag.
• Female Swimwear: A plain, one-piece swimming costume.
• Modest Swimwear: Full-body swimwear is permitted for religious or medical reasons, provided it is close-fitting to ensure safety in the water.
• Accessories: A large, named towel and a waterproof bag to separate wet items from school books.
• Caps and Goggles: Long hair must be tied back or enclosed within a standard swim cap. Swimming goggles are permissible if required, though pupils will be encouraged to swim without them to build water safety confidence.

Book Bags

School book bags and back-packs are available bearing the school logo. Standard plain back-packs are also permitted. 

Jewellery

No jewellery or earrings to be worn, unless stud earrings, for safety reasons. Watches must be removed for PE activities. No responsibility will be taken by the School for loss or damage to such belongings.
