On Friday 24th May we celebrated Noah’s Ark Day. It was an opportunity for us all to support the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice in Barnet, which is one of our nominated charities. It was an opportunity for the children to dress up as an animal. Wilbury was transformed into a glorious zoo with classes of lions and tigers and crocodiles just to mention a few! In Key Stage 1 we wrote about some of our favourite animals and at the end of the day we had a celebratory parade in the lower hall. It was animal-tastic! A pound donation was given by every child who wore a costume and that money will go towards supporting children and families in need.
